When home buyers call upon me to represent them as their buyer agent, I like to meet first to discuss Exclusive Buyer Agency, your needs, desires and other specifics, such as mortgages and who to contact to get pre-qualified, so that we are together from the start.

I am a 100% professional Realtor/Broker, loyal and completely committed to the entire home buying process. This way I can assure my buyer client that the process will go as smoothly as possible. I am hands on all the way to closing with my buyer clients.

A Buyer Agent works solely for the buyer and has no other responsibilities to the seller. I have the availability to show and sell all of the homes that are for sale through my membership with the Triangle Multiple Listing Service. When working with me as your buyer agent, you have the advantage of personal representation, independent counseling, loyalty, confidentiality and trust.

I can represent and show you “For sale by owner" properties as well. I will provide to you all of the specifics about location, property values, offering price, negotiations, counter offers, contingencies, financing, and the entire closing process.

I have over twenty years of experience in the Triangle, Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill as well as the coastal areas of North Carolina so I am very well versed on the business of buying and selling homes and land in this wonderful area to work and raise a family. After finding the property that you would love to call home we will compile a complete offer to purchase package and I will present this along with your earnest money check, typically 1% of the purchase price. Once both parties have come to an agreement the process begins with home inspections, repair negotiations, survey, home owners insurance, and having your mortgage processed in a timely manner and sent to your closing attorney in time for your closing and move in date!
